September 29th – National Coffee Day

Today is National Coffee Day

There are over 400 billion cups of coffee consumed each year. It is a world commodity that is second only to oil.

I’m so glad coffee has its own day for us to recognize its goodness. In honor of the day some local and national businesses will offer free or discounted cups of coffee. Make sure to pay attention to social media sites as some businesses plan to share coupons and specials with their loyal followers.

FREE COFFEE:
Krispy Kreme: Offering a FREE 12 oz cup of coffee on Saturday, September 29.

McDonalds: Offering FREE Small Premium Roast McCafe Coffee September 23-29. (Possibly east coast only. Check your location)

Dunkin Donuts: Offering a hot or 16-ounce iced latte for 99 cents with a coupon good through Sunday. Also, get a pound of Dunkin Donuts coffee for $5.99 at participating restaurants while supplies last. Limit’s two per guest.
