National Blueberry Pancake Day

How in the world can you improve on pancakes?  Just throw a few blueberries into the batter and you’ve added color and antioxidants.

Not to mention how great they’ll taste.

By adding blueberries to your pancakes you get more than the extra sweetness in each bite.  You’ll be getting antioxidants, vitamin C and you’ll be helping your digestion out.

Pancakes are usually topped with a slice of butter and drizzled with syrup before biting into them.  OMGosh!!! I can’t wait. YUMMY!!

Whether you have blueberry pancakes for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I hope you have a great National Blueberry Pancake Day!
